In order to publish with TourBuilder, you must authorize a Google account. This is the account you will use to publish your tours. The attribution you see on Google will be pulled from the account you've authorized to publish. Authorization is done during your onboarding steps when you first log in. It is crucial that you authorize your Google account or you will not be able to publish with TourBuilder.
First, make sure you are logged into the appropriate Google account you wish you to have authorized. Once you reach the authorization step in the onboarding process, you will be asked to grant authorization.
A dialogue box will appear where you can choose from a list of Google accounts. Be sure you choose the correct one and click Authorize.
Please note: it is not recommended that you have more than one TourBuilder account with the same authorized Google account. Google does not allow you to authorize an account with more than one TourBuilder account at a time. This is why TourBuilder does not recommend creating more than one user account. If ever you have trouble authorizing, please reach out to our team at support@tourbuilder.com so we can correct any issues you are experiencing.
It is also worth noting that any published tours may only be unpublished using the same user (authorized account) that originally published the tour.
