TourBuilder allows you to have multiple users on your account if needed. This is ideal for companies or agencies using TourBuilder who may have more than one person contributing to building virtual tours. To add a new user, click on the My Users page from the left side navigation bar and click on the purple button "Add."
Once you click Add, you'll be prompted to fill in details for a new user. If at any time you receive an error, this may mean that this user's username or email has already been registered.
The first time the new user logs in, they will be prompted to complete the same onboarding steps as you completed initially. They will also be asked to authorize their own Google account. Authorized accounts cannot be shared.
