When levels are not showing up on Google Maps in all your 360s, I would suggest the following steps.
- I first check to ensure all the level names are correct and there are no duplicates.
- Next, I would make sure that the constellations for each level on the map overlap and are on top of each other. Then save and hit the publish button again to update the tour.
- Make sure each of your levels has more than 1 360.

how can I change my images (tours) from one island to another, to have levels
thanks
You need to go to the upload photos section. download the images you want to move. Then add them into the island you want to move them to. Then update your constellation and hit the publish button to update your tour.
the stats of images will be stay
Any image you remove from the constellation. The stats will be reset. This is because whenever you remove a 360 from the constellation and hit publish, it will remove it from Google.
If you do not want to lose the stats of the old images. Download the images you want to move, then add them to the new level. Then when you edit your constellation, uncheck the box for "in carousel" for the old images on the wrong level. Also unconnect them and move them somewhere else on the map as I am sure you will be using the ones on the new levels instead.
merci
Thanks for the tips, Anthony. If our levels are still not displaying properly after following your steps, what can we do?
