As mentioned in the introductory video, it takes a little time for the connections to appear on Google. Google has many servers in regions worldwide, and it takes some time for the links to persist across all of them. There are many reasons why connections may not appear right away:
- Google has many servers that take many requests
- It takes some time for the cache to clear on Google’s servers
- Rarely, connection info can get lost in the transfer from TourBuilder to Google due to a server caching issue
To help speed along this process, we recommend clicking the blue 'Publish’ button again in TourBuilder. This sends your connection info to Google a second time and sometimes helps clear their cache. Even after clicking the publish button again, it may still take a few hours for your connections to appear correctly. Your connections may even be facing the wrong direction for a while as it also takes time for Google’s system to persist the center headings/Norths set for your scenes. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this as it involves caches on Google’s servers. It just takes a little time to resolve itself.
Important: Please do not click the red ‘Unpublish’ button for your tour, as this will remove your uploaded scenes from Google and delay the process further, as it takes some time for Google to remove them. You can just try clicking the blue publish button a second time.

I published my tour 1 year ago, was clicking the blue 'Publish’ button again and again once a week for 2 month but only initial 10-15% of connections was created and no new connections ever noticed. Sometimes connection available from one scene to next scene but no back connection (many cases).
I unpublished whole tour and published it again 5 month ago - result still the same, only up to 15% of connections available till now.
Same issue with my second tour, where only 13 scenes and 1 of them always skipped, regardless to new publish attempts.
