TourBuilder allows you to create branded virtual tours from Google Street View tours.
Currently, we only offer custom tours built off of Google tours that you have published. We will be releasing a solution at a later date that does not require a Google tour.
What does “built off of a Google tour" mean?
This means we use Google’s API to pull the 360 imagery from the Google tour to create a custom tour that includes a branded overlay with calls-to-action, image and video galleries, text, floor plans, and more.
Why build a custom tour from a Google tour?
By utilizing the Google API to serve the images, any time a user views a 360 in the custom tour, it is also tracked by Google.
This means that the impressions for their Google 360 imagery will increase as people view the custom tour on their distribution channels like their website. This increases the relevancy of the imagery and can improve the SEO of your client's listing on Google, leading to more inbound leads for the client.

Would like to clarify whether 'Custom Builder' is available for Basic Plan? Your pricing page writes "All plans come with a 10-day free trial of TourBuilder Plus. No credit card required. Both plans include the Custom Builder to use for free." Does basic plan still have Custom Builder after 10 days?
Do I need to wait until the connections have propagated to Google Maps to work on my custom tour? After publishing, I moved onto the custom tour immediately, and the connections are there, but they are all set to the same direction (multiple connection arrows all overlapping, looks like one arrow)... you can imagine how much work I will have to re-do. Should I wait until those connections are live on Google? (which is taking almost 24 hours at this point... still waiting, and before you ask, I've tried to "Publish" multiple times.).
I began trying to correct the directional arrows/connections in the custom tour... should I delete it and wait? Will they correct themselves automatically? Or is it complicating things to have the custom tour linked up to a Google tour that is not complete on their servers yet.
