    Dear Sir/Mam

    Last month pay subscription 10 Dollar through My debit card but current month i can't pay your monthly subscription because error message shown is "An error occurred with processing your credit card. please try again. 

    but sir we don't have credit card how can i pay 2nd months subscription fee of 10 Doller.

    Kindly provide any solution regarding payment.

    I am Ramesh Kr. Choudhary, from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I am your Panoskin Subscriber. I need your help because our Panoskin subscription not done dated 06 March 2023. I used several times of Credit Card but payment not debited in my Credit Card, some error message shown is "An error occurred with processing your credit card. please try again.  message screenshot attached, after that I tried to pay from Different Credit Card but same problem face in this time.
                   Please help us, How can I unlock my all of Penoskin's features? Because currently this message show after login "Your pro trial has expired. Upgrade to pro to unlock all of Panoskin's features" urgent need of my Penoskin subscription.

    Hello Anthony ,

    I have tried to get a PRO subscription but every time an error message pops up in the corner. I tried 20 times with credit & Debit cards. I am from India and find it very difficult to upgrade my account from free to pro. When I enter all the details of my credit & debit card, there is always an error message that there is an error in processing my card. Please help me out.
    You merged some complaints and closed them, which has not yet given a solution to my main complaint, today it has been completed in 10 days, will you be able to give a solution to my problem or should I choose another option?

    Hi,This is Ajay Deshkar from Nagpur Maharashtra,India.
    For creating Virtual tour,I have purchased a course from mentor Abhijit
    He only sell courses don't have community and support system.
    I have invested Mony but due to Tour builders payment issues discussed earlier in above feed back I am frustrated and finally buying sub of another soft.so I want to note the issues as bellow.
    1)Tour Builder have critical option of payment by credit card.
    2)Many of the cards I tried doesn't worked.
    3) frustrated during paying due to uncomplicated transaction and errors occurs again and again.

    What should be done.
    1)Normal ATM as well as standard payments should be accepted
    2)Issues with Tour builder is no proper support
    3)Credit card compulsion should be eliminated.Any Debit visa card ,internet bankin options should be accepted.
