We recommend all users who are subscribed to TourBuilder Plus to use the support box located in the bottom right corner of your window while logged into TourBuilder. Using this support window that is included in your pricing will allow us to track and monitor any of your ticket requests through the platform.
TourBuilder Plus members will also receive responses within 1 business day. It may take a bit longer for anyone not subscribed to hear back from us.

do you have a solution or not please tell me tried to contact the support team multiple times. Never heard from them. Is there any way I can contact the support team? I want to go for a Pro subscription. But not able to do it.
